The word“Asana”takes its roots from the Sanskrit language and means, “Yogic Postures or Movements”. Traditionally, we define asana as a “Comfortable Seat”: Which refers to a seated posture used in Meditation.
Pranayama, also known as breathing exercise is the foundation of any yoga practice. “Prana” means breath and “Ayama” means to control; combining the two “Pranayama” means “to control or hold the breath”.
Chanting powerful, spiritual mantras help
s to unite the body with the mind. Whilst chanting, you will surely have a deep and philosophical experience.
Shatkarmas are is basically the six purification techniques that aim to clean the body, free from all diseases. Over more More than this, it they improves the flow of prana throughout into the organs of the body.
