Yoga Teacher Training Courses Program

The word“Asana”takes its roots from the Sanskrit language and means, “Yogic Postures or Movements”. Traditionally, we define asana as a “Comfortable Seat” Which refers to a seated posture used in Meditation.

Pranayama, also known as breathing exercise, is the foundation of any yoga practice. “Prana” means breath and “Ayama” means to control; combining the two: “Pranayama” means “to control or hold the breath”.

Mantra Chanting

Chanting powerful, spiritual mantras helps to unite  the body with the mind. Whilst chanting, you will surely have a deep and philosophical experience.

Shatkarmas are basically six purification techniques that aim to clean the body, free from all diseases. Over more they improves the flow of prana throughout the organs of the body.

Yoga Mudras are hand “gestures” which facilitates the flow of energy in the body of an individual

Are various body locks used during a yoga practice. They are part of yoga Mudras

We also conduct theoretical anatomy classes. Anatomy is a term applied for the bodily structure of an individual, we use this science to protect individuals from injuries

There are many subjects of Philosophy, in this course we will refer to Yoga Philosophy which will include the systemic study of body, mind & spirit of an individual.

Our yoga teacher training courses focuses on body alignments. In other words it emphasizes on the performance of poses/asanas in an effortless state of body, according to the body composition of individual. Alignments are crucial in understanding any style of yoga practice.

As you observe your deep breathing, you enable your mind to find stillness for a few minutes, all the while keeping your mind away from unnecessary thoughts. This is what we call meditation.

We will focus on 3 main types of meditation: Traditional Himalayan Meditation, Healing Meditation, and Sound Meditation.
