Satya Yoga Academy is a traditional yoga school in Rishikesh, India and in France. Our school works in collaboration with Sanatana Yog Sandesh which is certified by Yoga Alliance USA. At the end of the course you will get a certificate from Sanatan Yog sandesh Rishikesh is registered by Yoga Alliance USA which further gives you an opportunity to teach worldwide. We pride ourselves on keeping our teachings true to its ancient origins. We follow the tradition of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, and as part of his vision of Yoga for world peace, our founder have conducted yoga courses in many countries across the world. We offer a broad study of philosophy of yoga, psychology and teaching methods. 

It is our sincere conviction that this course will be of immense help to all types of yogic aspirants.

We have designed the yoga teacher training schedule to include all aspects of traditional Hatha Yoga. Our experienced teachers will be here to guide you gently throughout the journey. In addition the beautiful Himalayas and The Eternal Ganga around you will also provide a supportive and calming  environment.

The course contains many practical lessons on Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Karma Yoga, and Jnana Yoga in a nutshell. 

 The course will doubtless provide a foundation in the path of Hatha and Raja Yoga to enjoy the supreme joy of meditation. The beginners and practitioners of Yoga will find this course equally interesting and valuable lessons on asana, pranayama, pointers on attainment of the perfect concentration which leads to meditation. 

Student of Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga will have a wealth of knowledge and information, which will be of inestimable use to them.

 The approach of Yogic way of life is very simple: regardless

of age, physique, and walk of life, anyone can benefit from this step-by-step guide to asana (exercise), pranayama (breathing method), relaxation, diet, positive thinking, and meditation, These key teachings are shared in the four three course to help you, to experience this ancient way of bringing balance into every aspect of your life.

There are mainly four paths of Yoga and all of them leads to the same goal: The realization of the self. Roads are different but the destination is the same. The four paths inculcated from different standpoints are termed as: Bhakti Yoga for the human of the devotion, Karma yoga for selfless action, Raja Yoga for the mystic ones, Jnana yoga for the knowledge combined with Hatha Yoga. 

The four paths are not different from each other but must be practiced all together as the terms are just to understand it intellectually. They indicate the Indian traditions and show they are in happy harmony with each other. 

Karma Yoga removes the impurities of the mind and develops the heart.

Bhakti Yoga destroys the tossing of the mind and brings stillness and joy.

Raja yoga steadies the mind and brings the concentration.

Jnana Yoga removes the veil of ignorance and brings the knowledge of the self.
